These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate the terms and procedures for using the TradingView indicator issuance service provided by ATH Indicator (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and the Service.
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
1. These Terms shall become effective by posting them on the Service screen or otherwise notifying members.
2. The Service may amend these Terms if necessary, to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
3. If the Terms are amended, the Service shall announce the changes at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
1. Membership registration is done through Telegram account login.
2. The Service may refuse to accept applications or terminate the service contract if any of the following applies:
The Service provides members with the following services:
1. Referral registration through affiliated exchanges is required for indicator issuance.
2. Issued indicators are valid for 35 days and can be renewed if referral conditions are maintained.
3. Indicators can only be used by the member themselves and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
Members shall not engage in the following activities:
1. The Service may restrict service use or terminate the service contract if a member violates these Terms or interferes with normal Service operations.
2. Members registered on the blacklist will have indicator issuance suspended and issued indicators will be revoked.
3. Members will be notified through Telegram when service use is restricted.
1. The Service is exempt from liability for service provision if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
2. The Service is not liable for service usage disruptions caused by the member's fault.
3. Members are solely responsible for investment results using indicators, and the Service is not liable for any losses resulting from indicator use.
4. Indicators provided by this Service are not investment advice, and all investment decisions must be made at the member's own judgment and responsibility.
1. The intellectual property rights of all indicators and related content provided by the Service belong to the Service.
2. Members may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use indicators without prior consent of the Service.
1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Service and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Service and members shall be under the jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court.
These Terms shall take effect from December 16, 2024.
